Life is an endless loop of happiness & disappointments. It’s a way of maintaining balance. Failure makes you humble & success gives you the ability to uplift people around you. 

But sometimes, when we can’t control our focus to the positive side, you land up in the spiral of negativity. Negative thoughts, negative actions leading to negative situations. The worst part is most people can’t express it to anyone close to them. They feel to be left alone, away from the close companions as well. Because sometimes people do more harm than good even without realizing it. 

The ability to appreciate somebody is a hard skill to develop. The ability to empathize is a hard skill to develop. In the end you are the only one who can get yourself out of this mess. Considering everyones’ struggle is different but the intensity of negative situations felt almost the same. The most common element of tough times is the same. That is fear. 

When life rejects you, it means it’s time to make yourself better. Not Console yourself. Not play like a victim. To play like a winner. 

1. Choose Faith Not fear

Only light can kill darkness. Only faith can defeat failure. The biggest power you have as a human being is to choose. Choose to be fearless. Choose faith. You don’t know who you are inspiring to lead a fearless life. You have never seen what is beyond fear & this is probably the best time to look beyond fear, beyond darkness, because it just can’t get more messy at rock bottom. 

Momentary setbacks are stepping stones to a beautiful place called life long happiness. Once you see this into your mind, set backs will start looking like life lessons. Life lessons forever. 

2. Be A Student Of Life

A flower doesn’t compare to the flower besides it. It just blooms. It blooms at its own pace. When you are at the learning end, you are empowering yourself. Empowering yourself with powerful wisdom.

Likewise challenges will only make you stronger. Tough times teaches us the value of happiness. So when you do things that make you happy, next time you won’t take it for granted. You won’t wait for things to get right to feel happy. 

3. Be Grateful

Many people didn’t wake up today, you did. It is life’s way of saying, go seize this day. Don’t kill your day by thinking about the future. What matters is now. Just look around you for things you are grateful for. Soon you’ll realize your life is so abundant when you change your perspective.

Look forward to life, not backwards. Not in the future because today is the future my friend. So start focusing on things you have. Start finding happiness in small things, not problems.

4. Take Small Action Every Single Day

The secret to being motivated every single day is to take action. Small Action every single day. 

Taking small action every single day will give you an upperhand for winning at life. Once you start taking action your belief just gets stronger & stronger. Only because taking action is much more powerful. Taking action will set things in motion, give you momentum. 

The idea is to shift your focus from being worried to start doing things, start taking action for things that matter in life. When you shift your focus from suffering to creating, great things happen in life. Just Keep Moving Forward

5. Positive Self Talk

The idea is to change the picture of failure in your mind that is being played again & again, don’t know for how long now. It’s time to talk positively, talk with conviction, affirm positive vocabulary, visualize prosperity, visualize abundance, visualize faith, not just talk & visualize but feel happiness & faith & gratitude the way you feel fear. With that same intensity.

6. Express Yourself

You should not let your emotions seep into you. They are just temporary feelings. Practice being happy, practice being prosperous, most importantly practice feeling happy & prosperous. You become what you practice. 

One way to let go off your negative feelings is by expressing it. It can be talking to an uplifting friend, journaling, some form of exercise. Let all the negativity go followed by filling it with gratitude & faith, things that you look forward to in life. 

& most importantly. 

Don’t Forget To Love Yourself.
