In all honesty emotions like fear, anxiety, self doubt teach you so much, inspire you so much only if you know where to look. Whether to focus on problems or on solutions.
But situations don’t change when you start thinking positively or with enormous will power. Situations change when you change yourself. Change your actions. When you change your fundamental thinking.

1. Start Being Grateful For What You Have
You can’t have anything in abundance with a scarcity mindset.
That is why being grateful is a very powerful emotion. It surpasses fear like no other. You don’t need a motivational speaker to motivate you. When you look within yourself & those little things life has given you, empowered you with, it becomes a source of strength, a source of inspiration.
Today your heart is beating, but for some they didn’t wake up today.
2. Build Faith
Faith defeats fear on any given day.
Neil Armstrong proved that, Winston Churchill proved that, Martin Luther King Jr proved that, Nelson Mandella proved that, Mahatma Gandhi proved that, Steve Jobs proved that, Elon Musk proved that. And guess what? All these great people had humble beginnings just like us
But when you choose faith, the world becomes a better place to live in.
3. Don’t Listen To Everybody
If you listen & study lives of unsuccessful people rather than modelling successful people, you have been always showing your mind the wrong picture. Again & Again.
You can either be in the middle of the crowd or leading the crowd. If you want to lead the crowd, you should listen to people who are already leading, not to the ones who are in the same place as yours.
So keep aside your ego & start listening & learning
4. Reprogram Your Thoughts
If you don’t see yourself doing the things you want to achieve, it’s time to change your thought patterns, it’s time to change the image that you are constantly playing in your mind.
Everything starts with a thought. Your thoughts determine how you feel, how you feel determines whether or not you will take action. If you constantly feed thoughts that impart fear & uncertainty within you what do you think what results you will get? None
On the contrary when you feed in positive thoughts, see things in a different light, when you focus on possibilities & not problems, you start feeling secured, you start feeling happy & when followed by action, you can create the results you want.
5. Embrace Fear For Sometime & Move on
Don’t run away from feeling fearful. Face it, feel it & take that leap of faith. Feel that fear so that when you really achieve what you ought to achieve, the feeling of satisfaction & confidence will surpass your fearful emotions. You will start appreciating all the hardships. It will feel like it was all worth it.
6. Plan Your Life
When preparation meets opportunity, great things happen in life.
If you are not able to make strategic decisions, if you don’t know what to do when, if you are always feeling uncertain, it’s time to get some clarity. When you know what you want in life, when you have such clarity, when you know where you want to go, the going becomes easy.
No matter how big the goal is, write it down, plan it, get some clarity. Clarity will give you strength.

7. It’s Time To Take Action
When you start taking action every single day, somehow your belief just gets stronger & stronger. On any given day, taking action is more powerful than taking no action. No matter how small.
As Tony Robbins says “Knowledge is not power, it’s just information. Clarity is power. Executing that knowledge is what gets you results.”
