Yes, it only has to be 10. Habits are a crucial part of a person’s personality. Now more than ever is the time to change yourself, transform yourself, make yourself better every single day. Wherever you are in life right now, it doesn’t matter. These habits & the universe doesn’t look at how rich you are, where you come from. There is no criteria to to qualify for to be a better person.

In all honesty, even a single habit out of the list can be a catalyst for your life transformation. Just keep the intent up. 

1. Exercise 

Even the stone age man wouldn’t disagree with me on how exercise can be one of the gem habits a human being can develop.

Your body is made to move. Not to relax. Relaxation is like charging your body. So that you can move much more effectively

One way to start exercising is by fixing up your intent. Your intent should be to be the fittest person, not the most ripped person. When you have such clarity, you start enjoying the process. Trust me. It is beautiful to just see yourself naked when you are the fittest person you know. 

2. Gratitude

“Don’t count your problems, count your blessings.”

Just so you know, you have an internet connection in order to read this right now, you have a roof over your head, water running into your tap, food on your table & so many such things.

Most importantly, you have a life. Because many people didn’t wake  up today, you did!

When you start focusing on things that you already have, that becomes your source of strength. So don’t focus on scarcity, focus on abundance. 

3. Waking Up At 5 AM

“When preparation meets opportunity, great things happen in life. “

The idea is to create a routine for yourself that can empower you with faith, a strong mindset & the ability to be proactive. A time to develop these abilities is when you wake up first thing in the morning. That is the peak of high energy & reception.

And nothing gives you more strength than by knowing what you are doing. Knowing your purpose. 

4. Effective Sleeping

A soldier cannot aim at the enemy if he is not ready. In order to be battle ready he will have to train his body in a way. His training also includes sleeping effectively so that he is battle ready. 

In the hustle & bustle of life, you often don’t find a sweet spot to sleep peacefully sometimes. But those people who do, they are much more self aware about taking care of their body. 

So in order to be life ready, recharge your body. Take one step back to move two steps forward. 

5. Drinking More Water

When was the last time you tracked how much water you drank in a day? Most people actually forget to drink water. They only drink water only when they feel thirsty. It’s like only refuelling your car when it hits the empty radar. So when you need your car in an emergency situation, you exhaust other liquids in your car by that time.

Same happens with the human body. Water is the carrier for every nutrient in the body. When you don’t drink enough water, it becomes difficult for the body to remove waste which leads to further biological problems. So If your body is not hydrated, you can’t be optimum at what you do both, physically & mentally. 

6. Saving To Invest

Don’t save money to entertain yourself, save money to invest again. Invest in yourself.

7. Practicing Patience

Very few people you must be knowing that carry themselves so effortlessly. They listen to understand, they respond, not react, they embrace, not worry, their calmness is enough to inspire people, their eye contact is enough to inspire people.

This time let’s build some patience.

The ability to let go things that hold you back in life pushes you miles ahead in becoming a better human being. Things that hold you back is like a rope tied to your neck. You don’t even realize it. The feeling of forgiveness empowers the feeling of freedom in you & those around you. You become fierce, you become courageous. 

9. Create, Not Consume

It literally translates to stop consuming & start creating. Grass seems always greener on the other side. It is a vicious cycle. 

The habit of taking small action every single day will compound into something big one day. 

10. Contributing

Don’t keep your success, your achievements, the secrets to be successful that you know to yourself, or else God will take all your cookies. (just kidding)

All I’m saying is that life is about giving. Love, hope, strength, resources in order to empower & transform other people’s lives. Because somebody looked after us, no harm in looking after people who are really hungry to achieve in life but need support.
